The hotel was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was very spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom.The location and parking were excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful with their advice.

The room had no furnichures, no place for your clothes, the shwoer was excellent but the bath has no space, there Arent any chairs in the room. No Minibar.The Bar of the Hotel has a very poor Service, in the hotel thare are not even one Computer for the guest .Very poor

The staff is professional, very attentive to our satisfaction and confort and welcoming.Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet.Breakfast buffet is very good and with a great choices of different foods.

After one or two not so good Accor hotels during our recent visit to France, this was a revelation. Not only had the management at Nantes read the comments we had left but they took steps to make sure we were happy at their hotel. We received a delightful upgrade and had a detailed conversation with one of the management team about the reasons for our previous unhappiness, all of which was taken on board. Brilliant. The welcome was first class, from reception onwards. We shall certainly stay in Mercure Nantes again.

We picked Nantes to visit because we needed to find a city close to the Loire Valley in France that had an airport, since we didn't want to backtrack to Paris. I really found the city charming and would go back without hesitation. The Mercure Nantes Centre Grand Hotel was all that we had expected so we had no problems, only a wonderful stay. It was modern, with great comfort and style and was located in the city center close to shopping, sights, and restaurants. The staff was always available and professional. We have never been disappointed in a Mercure hotel.

This was a family trip. We spent 2 nights. The hotel looks great, modern and stylish. We got the privilege rooms, one of them upgraded and they were excellent. The only minor part could be that bathroom is too small and it is difficult to close the door when you are in. For the rest it was comfortable, well soundproofed and stylish. The breakfast was lavish and the staff very friendly. We will come back.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with all the key sights we wanted to visit with in easy walking distance. Access to hotel by car a little adventure, as the traffic arrangements in Nantes are "exciting" to say the least! Hotel staff were excellent and reception were first class at helping us find our bearings. Very friendly. As with many hotels in centres of cities, there can be some late night noise, but this was limited.

We have visited Nantes before but never stayed. The hotel is absolutely superb and the staff could not be more helpful, particularly Mr Frederic who helped us with the method of entering & exiting the pedestrianised street with its code operated bollards, and gave us plenty of ideas as to where to visit.

Service was great and staff excellent especially Elodie on Reception who made everything easy with a smile! Location is spot on to visit Nante centre and the car park is secure so once parked everything is a short walk away

Definitely not up to Mercure standard. The parking is a real joke. Almost entertaining, seems the architect was drunk. Room feels like a cheap spaceship. Crap amenities. Personnel doesnt care. Restaurant is tiny.

Excellent service & location. Quiet with good breakfast . Great pedestrian-friendly and people-orientated city. We intended to stay in Nantes for 3 days but extended to 10 days at the Mercure. Tram system is remarkably good. Lots of lessons for Australian cities such as Wollongong

Great location,welcoming staff and ambience. Rooms were of good standard if a bit on the small size. Excellent breakfast and good lounge facilities. Would return again to this hotel Great city to visit

Great location in Nantes centre with a good choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Modern decor in room with all the usual amenities required. Excellent breakfast, good buffet selection plus the added bonus of a cooked breakfast (scrambled egg, sausage & bacon) which is not the norm for French hotels. I would certainly make a return visit to this hotel.

We only stayed here one night but the service room and facilities were excellent. Fredrich at reception was outstanding, he looked after our every need and was charming. If in Nantes again I would definitely stay here
