this hotel was the first stop while visiting portugal. The staff was very friendly. My room was a little small but did have 2 twin beds and a refrigerator.I was on the 5th floor so there was a niece view . Could not get the shower head to work on my last day. The hotels breakfast was very tastey. The was a nice selection of foods , drinks , bread and fruit.

This was a fun hotel with easy access to restaurants. We walked to waterfront, but probably should have ridden in an Uber. Hotel staff was very helpful. We learned train station close to hotel had currency exchange. Elements of hotel's design reminded me of a hotel we used in Paris. If we ever return to Porto, I'd stay at this property again.

Let me start by saying the staff was first class and very accommodating. Thank you for all your assistance. Location - we loved the location of this hotel, easy to get just about anywhere. Though you do have to walk up and down a lot of hills, but that's Porto for you! Breakfast - was very good and had lots of options and all the hot items were hot, throughout breakfast! Room - It was a big room had a safe. Bed was comfortable. The only real negative was the linoleum floor tiles and sparse room decor. Bathroom - was big. the tub/shower was elevated so if you were older or had mobility issues this could be a problem. The tub/shower is poorly designed - if you are taking a shower the soap/shampoo is in a bad location, additionally if you are taking a bath forget about getting to the soap/shampoo. There was a bidet but no towel or soap. The ceiling was all out of joint and in need of cleaning. Air Con - was great.

Central location. Overpriced, ridiculously tiny rooms. Avoid breakfast.

Central location. Good reception. Secure. Tiny room - so small that 2 people with 2 small suitcases were unable to move freely, hard bed that sagged in the middle. Good shower, Quiet overnight. Unpleasant smell of frying from nearby restaurant when we opened windows. Breakfast - at an extra EUR18 pp was terrible - low quality processed and not always fresh ingredients, prepared poorly, replenished slowly. Coffee from machines was terrible.
