We would also like to kindly apologize for not responding in the language of your original comment. We are truly sorry to read about the inconsistencies and lack of clarity you experienced, particularly regarding the breakfast information and the conditions applied to your reservation. This situation does not reflect the level of service and communication we aim to provide to our guests. Please be assured that breakfast hours do indeed differ between weekdays and weekends, and we regret that this was not clearly explained to you in advance. We also sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your child’s breakfast entitlement, which should have been properly communicated and applied without inconvenience. Your comments regarding the lack of clear and complete answers from our reception team are taken very seriously. We are currently reinforcing internal communication and staff training to ensure that all information provided is accurate, consistent, and delivered with confidence. We also take note of your remarks about the limited breakfast variety and the soundproofing, which are important aspects of the overall guest experience and areas we continue to monitor and improve.
