My stay at Sofitel was amazing. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was beyond comfortable. Exquisite. The meals were delicious too. I will definitely come back again. It was a beautiful experience.

Our stay at Sofitel was exceptional! The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The staff at the in receptionist were fantastic the lady who checked us in and the guy who checked out, Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly, the restaurant was great amazing food, the parking was very big very beautiful location.

Excellent stylish hotel, spacious beautiful suites, very comfortable bed. Excellent varied breakfast with a large selection of gastronomy and cheeses. Pleasant staff and correct hotel management. Many thanks to the entire hotel team, we will come again!

Review We very much enjoyed our visit to the Sofitel Luxembourg Europe hotel. The property is a full service hotel with restaurants, a large, pool, a workout gym. The staff immediately make you feel welcome with their friendly spirit. They are extremely helpful with all questions and requests. The front desk team are professional and responsive. They are able to facilitate services and requests smoothly and proactively. Their hospitality was excellent. The buffet breakfast was fully stocked with something tasty for everyone. Eggs can be cooked to order. It will take several days to get to sample all of what is on offer. We had drinks and snacks in the bar, which was a very pleasant experience to enjoy. Indeed, we found the Sofitel to be a very good headquarters location to explore the surrounding area.

Excellent Business Hotel

To me this is a perfect Business hotel. Close to everything, clean and quiet but has a nice bar and restaurant. Our room was clean and quiet and accepting of dogs which we were traveling with. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer with directions and questions about visiting the sights. Just a very good stay for us.
