I am truly disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. The service from the reception staff was exceptionally poor. Despite having a price agreed upon over the phone, it was somehow not recorded in their system. When I presented the email confirming our discussion, the staff still insisted I pay the higher price. This level of professionalism is just unacceptable, especially since I frequently travel with Allacore and have stayed in various hotels, including Ibis, without encountering such issues. Additionally, the condition of the rooms was lacking. In the first room, the shower gel bottle was empty, and while the staff eventually provided a replacement, it shouldn't have required notifying them in the first place. In the second room, the hand soap was missing, and I was frustrated to be told I needed to go down to reception to collect it myself. Overall, my experience fell far below the expectations I have for a 3-star hotel. It's disheartening, and I hope my feedback leads to improvements in their service.

Shirt stay with dinner at Lux airport

It was a night stay at lux airport and cannot be better then this . Room was cleaned and whole process was very smooth . We have been there on 8 th , lady has approached with the breakfast so we took that while stay at budget . Dinner was quite expensive in this categories honestly this price to have in Novotel or Mercure and not in ibis . However , we had a great time at Luxembourg

Very basic rooms. Don't expect anything extra if you need it. Needed an extra pillow and was told none. For Accor Members welcome drink was an issue as it didn't show on the app so told to go to the restaurant where the staff couldn't care less and basically handed me hot water and said add your own tea. Despite the do not disturb sign- housekeeping tried to enter at 9am and woke me up. At least the friendly reception honoured late checkout for a Platinum member. Would I stay again? No. It's not worth it at all.

To everyone concerned, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service my family and I received at your restaurant on March 10th during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply unpleasant, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention. The primary issue was with a staff member, who treated us with a complete lack of professionalism and respect. From the moment we arrived, she ignored our table entirely. We were seated for 40 minutes before she even approached us for drinks or to take our order, despite attending to other tables around us. Additionally, she refused to speak English with us, making communication unnecessarily difficult. When it finally came time to pay, she refused to provide the check before payment, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. When we eventually saw the bill, we were overcharged for items we did not order or consume, making the situation even more frustrating. Throughout the entire evening, we felt disrespected and disregarded as customers. The overall attitude was rude, dismissive, and unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. This was by far the worst dining experience we have ever had, and it left a terrible impression on what should have been an enjoyable evening. I kindly ask that this matter be addressed and I expect a formal response on how this issue will be handled, as no guest or group should be treated this way. I appreciate your time and look forward to your prompt reply.

Right, Ibis usually have a bad reputation but I did hold that against them and went ahead to book this stay. There was a little hiccup when checking in but the front desk sorted it out very efficiently. Big shout to Nivaldo!!!! Room was clean, smelt fresh and bed was very comfy. Can’t say much about the pillow as it was a bit disappointing for me, too flat, but again it could be someone’s favourite, it comes down to preference. Had some food and drinks at the restaurant which were okay.
