At the same time, we sincerely regret that your stay was affected by several inconveniences. Being woken up despite having booked a late check out is, of course, not in line with our standards. We are equally sorry that your room key did not work after your sauna visit and that you had to wait in the lobby in your bathrobe. This should not have happened, and we fully understand how uncomfortable this situation must have been for you. We also take your comment regarding the window insulation seriously.
