Noise from room nextdoor, very poor attitude from the indian man who came to help me leave in the morning, because of him I will not be visiting again

Bed was super comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. We were exhausted after a very long fay at a National sports event and couldn't wait to check in for some time before heading out again. I had checked in online and had asked about a car park when I booked. We were disappointed on arrival to wait for a considerable amount of time in line with 2 other groups while the the one very lovely attendant helped a lady. He may have observed the waiting groups and perhaps not chatted about where his family was from quite so long. 2 more attendants came out after 15-20minutes when we were served. She couldn't get the ipad to work so after more waiting, moved us to the next desk Then I had to reenter my details, and book a car park. After all this time we missed our opportunity to relax before going out again. Why bother with early check in and surely the car park could have been booked too? Lovely staff just really disappointing service. Breakfast was beautiful, lovely presentation and huge variety lovely staff.

Good location. Busy hotel, parking out front challenging (but can pay $15 per day which based on the number of empty spots is too much) due to the surrounding businesses/attractions. Free EV charging/parking spot in front of hotel; however when I was there, a (non EV) BMW was parked in the spot the entire time. Room was well appointed, clean and tidy - as you would expect. Milk had to be ordered (free of charge), but water (still or carbonated/fizzy) had to be obtained by going to the restaurant which was off putting (walking through a hotel/restaurant with your little jug just to get water). Has good fitness/pool facilities (shared with neighbouring hotel).

There is a priority lane to check -in but if you stand in it they will ignore you and continue checking in the other people. From experience this queue is usually for Gold + members and if jumping the queue isn't a benefit then don't list it. Secondly had to ask two or three times for gold benefits as we had letter saying minibar was included but it was empty so called to ask - then a few hours later asked again which they said they sent, I never got it and then the F&B manager had to personally deliver the minibar. Other than this, the hotel is dated but the convenience of having hot pools is good. Skip breakfast and opt for a bakery within walking distance as it's quite basic. Dinner however (with gold discount) is good value and has a good amount of things available.
