Good location, easy to find, very friendly staff. Unfortunately my view was to the courtyard which was just a block of apartments, while on the other side the view could've been much better. I would also like to have seen more fresh produce on breakfast, for the amount of vegetables and greens were rather limited.

I booked two rooms - 1 for my partner and I and the other for my teenage children. Upon arrival there was a confusing conversation regarding payment and recording of my credit card for the rooms (one which had already been paid for). The we were given room keys and the rooms were on different floors. It would seem to me natural for bookings made together to be close in proximity to each other. After depositing luggage in my room I went to check on my children on the other floor. I walked into the room and was immediately struck with the smell of old cigarette smoke. My children had the window open to try to get rid of the smell. I advised reception of the situation and they relocated my children to a different room which was much appreciated, but I am extremely disappointed that this occurred in the first place as I was advised this is a non-smoking establishment. Cleaning staff at the premises should not have allowed the room to be occupied before the previous guests were charged for, and appropriate cleaning measures had taken place. Staff were helpful when it came to booking cabs and general information. Bed and room was comfortable
