Spent a very enjoyable week there with my family (Wife, 2 kids). The location was excellent for us - tube station 8 minutes away by foot and Waterloo a bit further. Big Ben and all that area is just across the bridge from where the hotel is, so it's very easy to get around. Nice, clean rooms, plenty of channels on TV (important to us :)), and we liked the breakfast - kids eat free :)

Stayed here before, and the staff are fantastic. Some investment in the entrance from the car park is needed, better lighting and carpet cleaning is warranted. Throughout our stay, the lift to the car park didn't work which meant carrying suitcases and bags up and down 2 flights of steps.

Very close to London eye, west minster abbey and the parliament. Good access to various bus stations. Cleaning can be better.

Really enjoyed our 1-week stay at the hotel. Nice room, lotsa channels on TV (important to us :)), very good location. Not just the bridge to Big Ben and that area, but having a nice park 3 minutes away (my kids loved to chill out there after a day of activities), 8 minute walk from Lambeth North, good breakfast with kids eating free. Anyway, whenever we're back in London, very likely we'll stay here again.

I was able to walk from the hotel to the London Eye at sunset. Absolutely gorgeous! I also met family at Waterloo Station and I walked that as well! I had a late meal in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and the staff was so kind. The breakfast was delicious as well! Go early to breakfast!
