Loved my stay at Ibis Darling Harbour. Friendly staff and the hotel Manager was superb. He looked after us and was always smiling and always willing to assist. His name is Jatin

Upon arrival welcomed by a nice staff Era Rhody. When I requested a quiet room, she went straight into the system and met my needs. Overall I am very happy about her service.

Will not recommend nor return again

My organisation booked me a stay for 3 nights for a business trip. Room was small, just enough for a bathroom and a queen sized bed. Rooms were generally unclean with dirt and dust visible. Bathrooms did not provide basic hygiene amenities. A lamp fixture was spoilt and dangling. Weird furniture parts and tools were left in the room. On my first day, I was unable to unlock the door using the key card despite numerous attempts. Went back down to reception to enquire, only to be given a somewhat scornful response from the front desk staff who gave me a "friendly demonstration" on how to unlock a door. Only after another hotel guest came over with the exact same problem; did the staff took my keycard to check. The only pros were the excellent views from the room of Darling Harbor. Will not recommend nor return again.

Good hotel near ICC Sydney

Two nights at the Ibis Darling Harbour whilst attending an event nearby at the ICC; a useful location within walking distance. The hotel staff were helpful throughout the stay. The bed was comfortable, however the room carpet & furnishings were tired/well used. Shower was old with an uneven floor, plus two taps rather a modern single mixer tap.
