Comfortable stay in spacious rooms

We got the connecting room as we have 2 young kids and the rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable and pillows were too. Will happily stay here again.

Someone in my room at 2am!!

Unfortunately i have to stay at this hotel because of my work. I was fast asleep exhausted after a long day & I heard my room door open!! Someone was in my room at 2am!! I was totally in shock & shouted GET OUT! I called reception & they gave me some made up excuse that it was house keeping restocking the bars! This is total nonsense as it was 2am and this hotel doesn’t have bars in the room! The security here is not good, there’s no secondary latches or chains on the rooms so anyone can just walk inside at anytime. The swimming pool is tiny and everyone in the restaurant can watch you, so uncomfortable. The pillow are uncomfortable and many homeless people around the hotel. Avoid this hotel unsafe

You said you would clean or replace you irons as they are really dirty and the starch keeps wrecking my shirts. This was months ago. Up so. Arrive nothing has changed. Really disappointed. The rooms have got really really dusty. Stains on the walls especially in the bathroom. No robes or slippers anymore. You can’t tell what the decaf coffee pods are. Your card never works in the lifts. Great staff though. It’s just a shame you can’t fix the simple things. Oh and a cracked toilet seat.

Thank you for Bradely! His smiles do make a difference when you’re coming back to the hotel after a long day or first thing in the morning, he’s a star. The staff overall are good (makes a difference). Did not use any of the facilities but they looked good. Near by where my employer is so location was fantastic. Appreciated that the main door gets locked after 10pm and access can only be done via room key. One down side (from guests not hotel!) is consistent guest kept on leaving their food tray at the fire exit at the floor I was staying in. Defeats the purpose of the exit and irresponsible as it would (in real situation) put other guests at risk. Not sure what the hotel can do to fix

With the traditional Accor hotels (Novotel, Mercure, Ibis etc. that are available downtown getting a little "long in the tooth", two refreshing new hotels have popped up on the scene... Tribe and Adnate. I stayed at Tribe with good experience and now the Adnate... just a great location off Hay St and fully modern arty approach to the usual fare. Larger facilities and rooms than the Tribe and that much better for it. Secure discounted parking right next door. No faulting this Mid-range alternative and I will be back for sure.
