Unfortunately, the negatives were hot, slow and old list, with dirty doors with hand prints. The room doors outside (from the corridor) were dirty and scratched and carpet was stained, which gave us impression of old run down feel. The hotel has so much potential but it's been like this for a few years Unfortunately.

Good location at the esplanade, easy on street parking and nice restraunts for dinner and breakfast. The only downside is that we can hear the music/noise from the bars on Mitchell Street.

Last minute stay as out situation had changed. Booked on the app at 1.50pm, arrived at 2.30 and was greeted warmly, given a room upgrade and free travelers give. Super comfy room, great staff.
