1. Niedziałającą 3 winda bardzo wydłuża czas oczekiwania na windę. 2. W moim pokoju za każdym razem jak wracałem unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach, zakładam, że to room service. 3. Brak butelek z wodą 4. Ogólnie po hotelu widać już mocno zuzycie 5. Bardzo niedobre i drogie śniadanie

Dear Lukasz, Thank you for sharing your experience with us at Mövenpick Hotel Auckland. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. Our third elevator was briefly down for maintenance but resumed full operation within 20 minutes. We understand that even a short disruption can be frustrating, and we truly regret any inconvenience caused. We also apologize for the shortcomings with housekeeping and the variety of our breakfast offerings. Please rest assured that these matters have been raised with the respective department managers to ensure improvements moving forward. Regarding bottled water, we appreciate your feedback. While we do offer water on the 13th floor and in the minibar, we understand that this may not have been ideal for your needs. New Zealand's tap water is clean and safe to drink, and as part of our commitment to sustainability, we are working to reduce plastic and glass waste. However, we regret any disappointment this may have caused. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
