Love the Pullman, but the parking is diabolical. You forget things when rushing and arriving. Separate parking that is on hotel

However I’m sincerely sorry to hear about the challenges you encountered during this visit—especially regarding parking and the gym access. We understand how frustrating it must have been to face unexpected charges and limited car access, particularly when you're trying to be mindful of costs. While the parking facility is managed by a third party and operates under their own policies, we absolutely recognise how this lack of clarity can impact your overall experience, and we are working on improving how this is communicated to our guests at check-in. As for the gym, we regret that you were not informed about the temporary relocation during renovations. Fitness routines are important, and we missed an opportunity to support yours during your stay. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re taking it seriously to ensure these details are better handled going forward.
