What a fabulous weekend away, the greeting and speedy service from the lovely lady at the front desk, so friendly and eager to assist. Our room was clean and comfortable!! We also went to dinner at restaurant, the food was delicious and the portion size was just perfect. We were amazed by the quality, high standards of service,- Sam* Who looked after us, got great work ethics, well done!! Our included breakfast was amazing, Loved everything. Thank you for wonderful memories, we will be back!

The customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail are impeccable. I was greeted at the door by a very professional concierge, who was accomodating and brought my luggage directly to my room and helped us book a last minute reservation on the viaduct. Good location, very nice rooms. Helpful staff. Overall great hotel, would stay again next time we come to auckland. Wonderful checkin process after a LONG flight. Hotel has stairs and elevators. Nice chandelier. Didn't try the breakfast. P.s. Good pens!

So disappointing

Chose this hotel for location and rating. But was really disappointed. Expensive, cramped and staff weren’t that helpful (except concierge). Due to busy schedule missed dinner but tried to order off in room service. Was told they “out of stock” on everything and to order Uber eats.! Toilet broken and dirty, shower just Luke warm. Whole stay left me cold. There are better places to stay in Auckland it seems.

Great hotel in the heart of Auckland

This is a lovely little hotel, located in the heart of downtown Auckland. Everything downtown is walkable! It is a little hard to find at first, as it is tucked in between shops on Queen Street. We arrived very early, and the hotel worked to have our room available for an early check-in, which was lovely after 17 hours on the plane. The concierge service is top tier, the rooms are very clean and well-appointed.
