Hotel ibis Coimbra Centro 2 estrelas

They take groups, so when a group checks in, it is noisy as lobby is small. Staff was overwhelmed. Better for individual travellers. Mattress is comfortable but single beds are narrow and so only ok for short stays. Showers work. Ibis should provide at least one hand towel & a small box of tissue. These dont cost much.

we got wrong information on visiting the university&library towels should have been long ago changed to new. very thin and not pleasant. location was not very good away from the centre. the restaurant had could not serve what is offered in the menu.

Horrible room. I appreciate it was low cost but it was horrible. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. I felt isolated and could not get proper assistance. I was having trouble with my computer but no one was able to help me.

The hotel is very well located at a walking distance to the city center. Room is according to Ibis standard with a good bed and bathroom but without minibar or fridge. The hotel has a paid parking garage which is important because it is very hard to find parking spot on pubic areas. The only opportunity I could point out is regarding the towels which I found worn out.

Very central to metro station, river and park and also cafes and restaurants. Staff were helpful and although rooms are small they were very clean and tidy. Air conditioning was a great bonus as we stayed at the beginning of a heat wave. Although on a main thoroughfare street noise was not a problem.

The hotel is well located, close to Coibra University and shopping. It has parking and has easy access. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast is very varied and tasty. The receptionist is very solicitous and suggested good tourist spots.

The location, breakfast, and the rooms are good. But the receptionist lady was not friendly or helpful. We could change the room, it was a problem about air condition system, the receptionist lady has changed but her behaviour was rude and not kind. Customer satisfaction should be important but we could not see that Ibis Coimbria.

Stayed at the location in early May, 2019 and the location is easy walking distance from the train station and all the local attractions. The facility is typical Ibis Hotel but was a great use of my Accor Points and cash. The Accor process to use points to pay for all or part of the stay is excellent and minimizes paperwork for all concerned.

Excellent Ibis hotel with friendly helpful staff and good location roughly ten minutes walk straight from train station.Breakfast was fine but something hot ie. eggs even for some extra money would be great.Again with Ibis spotlessly clean and safe.

Excellent location, close to the center and severall other options. Myself and my wife stayed for 1 night visiting the city and close friends. Only bad thing is to get in and get out in their parking garage

The room is nice, with fantastic view to the Mondego river. But what made our stay fantastic was the quality of the staff. From the Reception to the bar, everyone is 5 stars. Professionla, friendly, always helping with the best smille.

I just love the IBIS Hotels....the staff is helpful and friendly, it is well located ....breakfast is really excellent ....the room is tidy and clean the bed is very comfortable. the decoration is modern and picturesque.

Convenient location, short distance to Center and University, good service and above all - parking place. Note: difficult to find your way without GPS or Waze, and the approach to the parking lot is a bit tricky

Well located hotel within easy walking distance of the town and restaurants. Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. Usual Ibis well stocked breakfast buffet, plenty of choice. Comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay.

Excepting the garage all the instalations, localization, neighborood and services are 100% Ok. The localization is besides of the mainly restaurants, University, old town, excelent to stay a couple oh Deus.
