I stayed at room 1724 of Novotel Ambassador Gangnam in Seoul from May 3rd to 4th. The front desk staff were very kind and provided excellent service during check-in. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, and I felt satisfied. If there were a few complaints, it would be that the room faced the road, so there was some noise from vehicles and motorcycles. At times, I could hear the sound of children passing by and some noise coming from within the room. I got used to it since it was everyday noise, so it became tolerable. Overall, it sounds like a place worth recommending despite the minor inconveniences. Highly recommended.

What an amazing hotel this is. This hotel has everything that you could want. From an eiffel tower in the lounge, to amazing and helpful staff. The rooms were phenomenal, however, it was a little awkward having a blind between the bathroom and the bedroom, but it was great to have it closed. The buffet breakfast was nothing but astonishing. The amount of food on offer was excellent and met all of our expectations. As a silver ALL Accor member, it was nice to be upgraded and to have welcome drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Every time I am here, the standards get better and more impressive. At check in, the reception staff already asks if i need late check out, before i had thought about it. The staff at the lounge are very attentive and helpful too. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Nice location but old in-room facilities (such as bath tub). Room is also pretty small compared to the high price.

Nice location but old in-room facilities (such as bath tub). Room is also pretty small compared to the high price. The view outside my room is bad. Good thing is that the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good but everyday the same dishes. No change is a little bit boring.
