Decent hotel, great views from the hotel terrace, and good location for the port waterfront. Very quiet room, clean, reasonable size and had everything you need, good shower and decent sized bathroom. Cafe across the road served great snacks, doesn’t look anything special but had a really nice late lunch. Breakfast was average but lots of choice and nice to be able to sit outside on the terrace above the noise of the traffic.

The hotel was great. Location was very convenient, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We had an issue with wi-fi and the issue was settled almost immediately. I would recommend this hotel!

La situation de l'hôtel est son atout principal. Position stratégique au centre de gravité du centre historique, à proximité des embarquements vers le iles et tout près des beaux quartiers de la place du plébiscite et des beaux immeubles du bord de mer de l'ouest de la ville de Naples. Une bouche de métro situé en face de l'entrée de l’hôtel vous ouvre l’accès aux réseau de transport en commun. Le confort n'est cependant pas à la hauteur d'un hotlel de cette classe et de ce prix : chambre et salle d'eau tout juste passable, isolation acoustique intérieur et extérieur très moyenne, très peu de documents sur la présentation de la ville. Le personnel très serviable et accueillant n'est pas en cause et la propreté des chambres et espace commun est correcte.

Points positifs : accueil - emplacement - TV - équipements salle de sports. Points négatifs : petit déjeuner vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un 4* il manque toujours quelque chose - pas de produits locaux - salle de bains vieillotte. On attend mieux d'un 4* ou alors il faut baisser les prix....
