Dear Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our central location and the spaciousness of your room. I am, however, very sorry to learn that your overall experience was impacted by the room allocation. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to experience noise in the morning and to feel the room was colder than expected, particularly during a longer five-night stay. This is not the lasting impression we want to leave with our guests.
