Bardzo serdeczna i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Dostaliśmy bardzo ładny pokój za co bardzo dziękuję. W trudnych czasach koronawirusa czuliśmy się naprawdę bezpiecznie. Lokalizacja świetna. Śniadanie smaczne. Nie mogę się doczekać kolejnego pobytu.

Hotel location is quite good, a 10 to 15 minute walk from the central square of the old town. The bar in the hotel is like one of the bars people had in their living rooms in the 70's and although the hotel was busy I never saw anyone having a drink, or behind the bar for that matter. The rooms are on the small side, but comfortable. It was quite cold during our stay, and despite turning the heating / air con up to max temperature and full power it never warmed the room up, but the bed was comfortable - but they do put two single duvets on a double bed which I find a bit strange but you see alot in Europre. We paid for the room only advance rate so I don't know what breakfast was like. I would stay in this hotel again in Vienna as long as I could be sure I got a room where the heating actually worked.

Early arrival at the hotel so we were able to leave our luggage at the reception until the room was ready at 14:00. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed is big enough for 2 adults and a kid but we also had a sofa at our disposal. Very good coffee and a tasty breakfast with a wide range of products. The location of the hotel is very convenient for many reasons: 30 minutes connection from the airport by VAL then a 5 minutes walk, 25 minutes walk to Madame Tussauds, 15 minutes walk to Stephansplatz. Overall a pleasant experience.

Well-located - just a short walk from city centre. In my opinion, this isn't a 4-star hotel... maybe 3 and a half. Rooms were clean, but compact. Beds comfortable, but we had 2 singles joined together. Bathroom clean, quite small but still had bathtub with shower over. Breakfast was okay and the dining room staff were particularly good. Nothing too bad to report and we enjoyed our time in Vienna, but overall the hotel gave the impression of needing an update. I would put it on a par with a Holiday Inn Express, so considering we paid an average of €218 per night I was expecting it to be somewhat classier!

We had room no 711, facing the busy street. No way to open the window to cool the room, the street noise was overwhelming. After complaints from a lot of hotel guest the hotel management decided to turn the central A/c back on. Finally .... Good breakfast, slow computer terminal .....

budynek jest wyeksploatowany i jego standard pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Śniadanie jest niskiej jakości, pokoje małe. Cały hotel obsługuje tylko jedna winda.

Great location. You can walk to everywhere. Clean rooms. All around, a good place to stay. We did not have the breakfast at the hotel, but there is a small local market just down the street on same side of canal as the hotel. Two funky spots to eat - cash only, but there is an ATM on the way. If I return to Vienna, would definitely stay at same hotel. We unexpectedly took the #1, that was going out of town, so was not covered by our daily pass, but ended in a small town - last station was called Josefplatz. Well worth the trip. 'Train' runs every 30 minutes. Best part of our time in Vienna.

Hotel doskonale położony, standard przeciętny (bardzo niewygodna dostawka, dziecko bolał kręgosłup, nie wysypiało się). Sprzątanie codzienne. Dość przyzwoite śniadania, obsługa stale w gotowości by posprzątać ze stołu. Chociaż otrzymanie jajka sadzonego okazało się niemożliwe :-(. Nieprzyjemne wrażenia przy meldowaniu się w recepcji. Pobieranie depozytu (od gości innych narodowości nie zawsze). Niesprawna suszarka do włosów w pokoju. Po zgłoszeniu problemu duża niechęć w jego załatwieniu. Ostatecznie suszarka wymieniona po dwóch dniach. Należy zmienić firmę taksówkarską z którą współpracuje hotel w kwestii transferu z/i na lotnisko. Naciągacze. W pokoju brak bezpłatnej wody (co jest raczej standardem w dzisiejszym świecie). Za to stoi na biurku jedna woda z ceną 3,85 euro :-). Dość to zabawne. Ogólnie za tą cenę hotel dość przeciętny, ale nie po to przyjechaliśmy do Wiednia by przebywać tylko w hotelu :-). Chociaż karaluch spotkany na schodach (na windę ciężko było się doczekać) zniechęcił nas do kolejnych pobytów w tym miejscu.

The location is close to the very center of the city. Good parking is available. The room was well equipped, clean and quiet. The people in the reception were efficient and friendly. I would be glad to come here again.

Had a nice stay in Mercure Wien City. We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay, had nothing to complain about except maybe the location, but the hotel in itself is fine. Still feel that Mercure has lost some of its lustre a bit over the years though. Had the opportunity to stay in one of the staff-designed rooms, and even though it wasn't quite our taste we thought it was a great concept that should develop in other establishments.

A good choice to stay near the city center. A decent hotel with decent rooms for business or for leisure. If you travel by care, the underground garage is a great help and the price is not exaggerreted.

Room was very small for three person. Breakfast was not at all value for money keeping in view price, quality and veriety of food. We expected much more from the high end hotel of Accor Group. Overall experience was below expectation.
