Nach Ankunft in Zimmer 260 sah ich, daß das Waschbecken einem Spucknapf ähnelte. Der junge Mann in der Rezeption erklärte mir, alle Zimmer hätten das gleiche "Standardbecken". Stimmte nicht. Nächsten Tag bekam ich ein Zimmer mit einem ordentlichen WASCHBECKEN: Danach war alles ok

On the 6th of March I booked two rooms for March 7th and selected the Mercure because it has a restaurant. Guess what, when we arrived both bar and restaurant were closed… ‘ not enough guests..’. Yeah, right…. But why was that not mentioned on the website? Very, very disappointing, also because the walk to the nearest restaurant takes you through not exactly the best neighbourhood! I could have booked a cheaper and more modern Ibis for less money. Poor Accor performance!
