Nice 4* hotel 5 mins from the main shopping area and major attractions. The staff were very friendly, especially at the bar. A good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and cooked-to-order egg options. There is a 1* Michelin restaurant in-house, which you would need to book well in advance. The room was a decent size with a very comfy king bed. Would recommend upper-level floors as it can be noisy with street traffic. Bathroom with a large walk-in shower and L'Occitane toiletries. Comp bottled water provided. Only negative is you can't control the room temperature and even in Jan the room was too hot. Had to leave the window open which seems crazy. Overall a great experience and would recommend staying there.

Our room was ok, but to be honest, I was expecting better. The shower was in the tub rather than a walk-in affair. The bed was quite comfortable, but they didn't change sheets in three days (would have expected better). TV had a good selection of channels, including many in English.

Good hotel, second time there and everything was fine. The staff is nice and friendly, especially the main receptionist. Breakfast is good, however there were some grumpy and noisy employees sometimes. Rooms are nicely furnished, albeit a bit on the small side. Bathroom is overall nice as well, the sink area could be a bit more spacious. Location is nice, very close to the center, we usually walk or just get an electric scooter if we're tired. No large complaints and we will probably be back there on our next visit to Vienna.

The 'Hotel am Konzerthaus' is one of the best places I've ever stayed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Especially the 1st district is in walking distance and there is almost everything you wanna see in Vienna. Would totally recommend to stay at this chic, modern and comfortable hotel!

A beautiful Hotel strategically located in Vienna. As we checked in, we found the first contact Person to be not that usuelle friendly.. Neverthesless she was willing to help. As a Accor Gold Member and Accor Business Plus Card holder I prefer to book hotels from Accor. We stayed for five nights and found that it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. 1. Service - the other colleagues were more friendly and willing to help. For example another male colleague showed us on the mal where the next Metro Station is located. 2. Fitness Room - Although the room is not big, it had modern devices, had enough devices and was clean. 3. The Bar - Great Cocktails are served here and in my opinion even better than those served in Pullmann Stuttagrt. 4. The room - We had a very nice and quiet room - exactly what I wanted. We had an Upgrade to. Thank you so much. 5. We did. not book breakfast - we regret not doing so because we saw really nice things are available for breakfast 6. The cream of the crop - The lady who attended to us when we checked out even bothered to ask Id we enjoyed our stay and Howe it was in all. This is exactly what every employee who attends to a check out should do. Since we drove to Vienna, we found the Hotel to be ideal - just park next door or around the hotel. This will be my first choice whenever I visit Vienna again.
