Hotel is near the Schwedenplatz station. It is also easily walkable to the main sites to go to. Booked the privilege double room and it was is clean and spacious. Loved the free minibar inclusion. Breakfast has a good selection. Magda and Zerria were very helpful at breakfast. There were always smiling and accommodating with requests. Will definitely come back!

My two-night stay at this hotel was perfectly acceptable with no major complaints. The reception team were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. For a Mercure hotel, I was a little disappointed by a number of small issues. The room lacked water which I had to request separately. There were no toiletries / bathroom amenities aside from shampoo and body wash. There was no coffee machine and just a small kettle with a couple of coffee sachets and tea infusions (no actual tea!). There is no bar area or social space as such, just a very small area at the side of the reception which didn't make for a particularly useful or relaxing setting. Breakfast was very good and provided a fair choice of cereals, fruit and items available from the kitchen. The hotel was very clean and well-presented. Its location is very central and only a 2-minute walk from Schwedenplatz, making it ideal for taking buses and trams around the city as well as embarking the Twin City Liner ferry which runs direct between Vienna and Bratislava. All in all, a good experience for a short stay in the city.
