I stayed in 109, the bed was comfortable and the 1st floor was nice and quiet. I managed to get some rest which was nice. However, the room was dated and looked tired. The carpet had stains which was not impressive. The fridge was not working, therefore the food I put in the fridge went bad.

Perfectly ok for one night!

A very warm welcome and room was fine for one night. Bar area was very nice and a good choice for breakfast. It’s a little tired in places and could do with a refresh. Not seen wallpaper like it for a long time! My room was right by the road but well Soundproofed and no noise at all

Arriving in car park parking conditions on sign, entering hotel large sign explaining parking conditions at reception explained clearly to sign car in on iPad . In lift again poster explaining parking conditions? Don’t understand previous complaints about no information. Unfortunately heard humming noise from air/ con unit called reception immediately offered a different room on floor 1 ( good nights sleep) Breakfast was a fantastic choice being a Saturday morning at 8.15am thought it would be busy but plenty of space. All staff were welcoming and helpful. For £91 inc breakfast and parking for 2 people definitely can’t complain. Great stay ❤️

Worst hotel in the Wolverhampton!!

Worst hotel ever. …….. Very rude staff and the Manager was very arrogant and didn’t even bother to know the problem……………………… My room was not ready and it took them 45 mins to give me the room. Lack of staff as I had to wait 15 mins for a drink. What a shame . Never coming back

I am sorry that we didn't get an opportunity to resolve the issue during your stay. With regard to your comment about waiting 15 minutes for a drink, we’d like to mention that we actively monitor our service times, and have not recorded delays of that length for beverage service. Our team strives to serve drinks promptly. There may be slightly longer wait times when ordering food, as all dishes are freshly prepared to order by our kitchen team to ensure quality.
