I arrived at 9:00 AM and was told the room was not ready. I was assured I’d be emailed once it became available—but no communication ever came, and I waited until 3:00 PM without a single update. I eventually had to follow up myself. Additionally, my Platinum status was never acknowledged at check-in or during my stay. When I called regarding parking, I was told I would be charged until I explicitly mentioned my membership level—something that should have been recognized automatically in your system. I very seldom disappointed but seriously this hotel is the worst Novotel I have ever stayed in terms of service.
