Good hotel , staff at reception a bit overwhelmed training staff to respond to email I sent requesting early check in . Senura in restaurant made up for the let down , great customer service …, good biz hotel , need to look after there regulars.. bar staff also very accommodating

Madyha and Ruben in restaurant were amazing. She greeted us and sat us down took our order without a note pad, which was impressive. Then Ruben then checked on us with how the food and everything was made sure we were looked after the whole evening. thank you team!!!

Novotel, what a fantastic stay with fantastic customer service. Room lovely and clean very good size with a very good size bathroom. We then came down for a meal with Senurn looking after us. Senurn was fantastic and I could have not asked for a better server too look after us. He was polite friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect for us. Food 10/10 I haven’t had a fish and chips that good in a long time.

Barman Gaurav served me. He was extremely polite, pleasant and a joy to deal with.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Bath slippy. Toiletries were very climate friendly. The Reception staff were very pleasant and very efficient. Overall a great place to stay so near to the airport departure entrance. Would definitely book again!

Me and my wife had a one night stop over before flying on to Amsterdam. Madyha & Osama were great hosts, making us feel very welcome and at home after a long day of travelling. Great food, good service and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend.
