The place is nice to stay with a good atmosphere. The food was good (i had a wok vegetable udon noodle, it was tasty!) and nice service by Akshay & Gaurav that are very smiling and agreeable.i recommend this place that are in front of the airport. very convenient

Originally from New Zealand. I stayed at Novotel Birmingham for 2 nights last month. One of the staff (Mr Tushara) at the breakfast buffet was extremely nice especially after finding out I’m pregnant and even offered to make me omelet even though it’s not on the buffet table. He even advised where to go and explore in the city. Lovely staff overall.

Lovely food, great staff, lovely environment given its right next to the airport, food great, service by Gaurav was fab, professional, friendly and fun! Lovely venue very quiet and Great service! Had steak sandwich and crumble for pudding and it was delicious!

The room was very comfortable and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Our server Gaurav was so friendly, he really made our night! Food really great. Also v convenient for early flight in the morning! Very easy place to stay as a family!!

Lovely food and great service from Andre. Clean restaurant, lovely ambience, and food was really well presented, great choice on the menu and decent value for money. Everyone was very welcoming. A great start to the holiday and would definitely recommend.
