Novotel, what a fantastic stay with fantastic customer service. Room lovely and clean very good size with a very good size bathroom. We then came down for a meal with Senurn looking after us. Senurn was fantastic and I could have not asked for a better server too look after us. He was polite friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect for us. Food 10/10 I haven’t had a fish and chips that good in a long time.

Barman Gaurav served me. He was extremely polite, pleasant and a joy to deal with.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Bath slippy. Toiletries were very climate friendly. The Reception staff were very pleasant and very efficient. Overall a great place to stay so near to the airport departure entrance. Would definitely book again!

Me and my wife had a one night stop over before flying on to Amsterdam. Madyha & Osama were great hosts, making us feel very welcome and at home after a long day of travelling. Great food, good service and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable room. Enough space. Everything working as it should. Comfortable double bed, espresso machine, tea, milk, water to drink. I forgot my tablet and I got it back without any inconveniences. Thank you very much Marek and Monika. Good job.

I’m staying in the hotel cause I work for an airline. I stayed before as well. Staff are very helpful, rooms are clean and bed is super comfortable. I went down for breakfast and Piumit welcomed me very nicely. Only feedback: it would be nice to have 24/7 food room service as is a airport hotel and people are coming all the time.
