ibis Brussels Airport 3 estrelas

We stayed here for two weeks for business trip. The staff was kindly,hospitable and always available. We found the rooms cleaned,comfortable;anyway the only issue that we got was the dry air.. every morning I woke up with dry nose and cough. Very close to the airport. The nearest restaurants are 2 km more or less from hotel,because inside the menu gets a few possibility of choice. A bit expensive as report price/quality.

As a solo female traveller there were some things that weren’t great from a safety perspective. There are no key controls to access all levels in the elevator, no peep hole on the room door or chain ok the door. I was very aware of people in the hallway in the middle of the night and I did feel a bit uneasy it kept me awake. Also no shuttle running to the hotel currently so it’s an awkward walk.

Too worn out. Too unclean. Unfriendly staff. Avoid. Dirty doors, gum in the room floor, nasty smell all over the place. Morning receptionist is unpleasant, to say the least. Breakfast is less than basic and you get that feeling of cheap hostel everywhere. Avoid yourself an unpleasant stay and book somewhere else.

Staff not too happy, not too friendly, but they probably only had a bad day. Paint pealing off the furniture, I guess due to eager cleaning personnell. Room clean enough although weird smell. A bit out of date with fancy 90ties style and painting, it goes with the unhappy staff I guess. All in all a stiff price for a mediocre accomodation.

Very friendly staff at check-in and check-out. I had a good time with my partner, due to the silver status of Accor and the choices were very extended. The room has parket, what is very good for my partner because she suffer from allergic reactions on some carpets. So this was very good for her.
