The room was nice and my partner and I enjoyed the facilities offered at the hotel! We had a few drinks there before sleeping. Staff were also friendly. Would recommend!

Location was great, price was good, staff were friendly. Room was ok but being on top floor and directly under the roof service it was unacceptably noisy. Only wanted 4 hours sleep, but got nothing. Not pleased

I booked a room for the night before our early flight. We arrived, got our room, had showers and went to sleep. We left at 4:30am so didn’t experience it during peak times, but beds were fine, I liked there was extra pillows in the room as I always need more pillows. Shower was good and room was clean.

It was very dissapointing.

Dissapointed. Staff not friendly. Sat around chatting ignoring customers playing on their phones Service non existing. And the gents toilet was a disgrace Very dirty. And unflushed not enticing to use. Toilet paper flowing on to corridor from people that used toilet paper as a shield from door handle when exiting. Gents toilet it was discuesting And I met a cleaner in corridor. Ignored toilet paper on ground and was happily spraying. Something into the air as she walked by It’s the worst I’ve experienced I won’t be staying at the ibis again. Unless I get some recognition. For my horrible experience sorry to be so negative but I was always happy to stay at the ibis Luton airport. But this have me in doubt Brendangregg4@ gmail .com

The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Luton terminal and is ideally placed for an overnight stopover.
