I contacted the hotel to confirm if they have transportation from airport to hotel at the time of my arrival, and hotel confirmed. The day I arrived, the reception told me I needed to get a taxi, because shuttle was not available. I had to pay the taxi and receptionist was not helpful.

Dear MIREN G., We offer a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. This service is free. We share the journeys, which is why when you arrived, we asked you to wait in order to be able to pick up the other people who were on your plane, in this case the crew of the plane. You refused to wait a few minutes and decided to take a taxi. You are confusing a free, collective shuttle service with a personal taxi-type valet service.Indeed, we do not cover your taxi costs. Next time, I invite you to wait a few minutes like all of our customers who use this service do and it will be free for you. Sincerely, François C.

Staff are helpful

Generally staff are helpful and kind. There was no umbrella in the hotel. Front desk staff said they only had one and it's gone. I didn't get anything different as a gold member. Usual there is a card from the manager or welcome treat. Amyway we decided there is no point for us to try to stay in All Accor hotels when traveling. We just booked other hotels for the coming trips for Christmas.
