We loved it here. The staff were wonderful. The food very good. Location is great for getting to all the spots quickly by bus. Much more peaceful than staying in Biarritz or Bayonne which can be visited very easily

Escape34007 Couples - TripAdvisor review

This is the worst Novotel I ever stayed in . It’s dirty the rooms smell the breakfast is inedible. The mattress has disposable mattress covers so you sweat . The bar area is ok . No acknowledgment for being a Diamond member. Very abrupt check didn’t ask why we checked out a day was. Only you can’t get a refund we know that we were not asking for one . Much better hotels around.

I recently stayed for a night on the way home back to the UK with my dog, I loved the hotel, really nice place, great restaurant and breakfast was amazing. Loved the pool and gym.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was excellent. Breakfast was ok but a lot of the items was not replaced very quickly and took a while to get croissant's and other items for breakfast. Was very busy and had to queue to get coffee.
