Stayed here for 5 nights. We had a good time. Housekeeping needs to be better. On the last night my bed wasn’t made. Just covered with the duvet and pillows underneath as if someone just slept in. Shampoo is not soft on hair. Towels could smell better. Maybe use fragrant detergent! They smelled like fish at times.

Good stay and great location. Little noisy, especially with the cathedral bells at 11pm! To be expected given the location though.

We had a room with a great view from the Cathedral and the centre. Room is not really big but it is more than enough for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. The location is excellent to see Ghent! Big thanks to everybody that helped us before and during our stay.
