Nice stay: good location, however, the vending machine did not work properly. Luckily one employee helped me retrieve my money and get a drink.

Right in the centre, this hotel has an excellent location and is close to all the sights and loads of bars and restaurants. Good shower, clean, comfortable bed and a quiet room. Covid hygiene measures in place were reassuring. I would recommend and happily stay here again.

We book Accor hotels regularly. For this stay, we occupied 2 rooms. Everything were up to Ibis standards. However, one room was missing a bath mat. The hotel is centrally located. The staff who served us during breakfast was very motherly and attended to everything we needed.

2 night stay, the room was specious but I was rebooked to 1st floor room although I asked for top floor in my initial booking. Unfortunately the tram was running just outside my window which was a little disturbing. I had an amazing view over the square nonetheless which was a bonus.

Good central location, close to lots of restaurants and bars. For the past 2 weeks, extra items were added to my room bill that I had to request to be removed on checkout.

Room small but well thought out. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly but one morning at breakfast not so helpful.

+ Location is good - Some hair on my bed when I arrived. I asked them to changed. They promised me drinks for the apologies but the drinks never come till I left. They changed new bed cover. One of the reception was a bit arrogant. Don't know if I am gonna stay in the future.

Excellent location that's convenient to all attractions and walkable to the Dampoort train station. I was given a quiet room as I have requested (and it's so quiet I can't hear the church bells toll), and also upgraded to a larger room. On the downside, housekeeping could improve - upon check-in, the room was tidy, but some crumbs was on a chair and an empty water bottle found half-hidden at the foot of the open wardrobe.
