Anything I needed you guys were there. Your cleaning staff were amazing made me feel at home. I was there for three weeks anything I needed your staff made feel comfortable at home.

Once again was bowled over with a stay at the Sofitel LA. The upgraded room certainly was a welcomed surprise that made the end of a long journey from London the same day disappear quickly.

I went down to be close to a family member who was at Cedar Sinai, and the quality of the hotel was wonderful. The only area for improvement would be the food and drink quality at the cafe near the elevators in the main lobby.

Nice pool deck for remote work.

Please proactively offer water upon arrival in room next time. Rooms need some sprucing up but were satisfactory.

I am an Expedia Gold member and was expecting an upgraded room, but the room was exactly the same as I had booked. The hallways and rooms are slightly dated and may need an update. The parking lot is also not accessible from the hotel elevators which made it a bit inconvenient. Other than that, great location and I appreciate the early checkin and early checkout service. The self parking option is also great.

This is my home away from home as I've stayed at the Sofitel consistently over the last 6 years. I love the staff and quality of service. In general, the rooms could use some upgrades or better maintenance. Bathroom sinks tend to clog. lack of room service was challenging to navigate but understandable given the pandemic. But overall a great stay and will definitely come back!!!

Service was good but the rooms really need to be updated. Tons of wear with the furniture, bathroom fixtures to the extent that it looked dirty.
