La chambre etait propre mais l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas adéquatement ce qu'il fait qu'on a mal dormi a cause de la chaleur

L’hôtel est bien situé et très propre. Nous avons aimé la proximité du métro et de divers commerces autour accessibles à pied. Nous avons apprécié l’aspect sécuritaire de l’hôtel (cartes ascenseur).Nous avons profité de la piscine. Au Check-in , on a omis de nous mentionner le fonctionnement du parking. Nous avions 2 voitures, pour 2 jours. Nous avons payé les premières heures 18$/ voiture. Nous sommes retournés à la réception et on nous a renseigné. Nous avons eu accès au code barre. Cependant, sur mon document de réservation sur Booking, le prix mentionné était de 21$/jour/ voiture. Nous avons montré le document au personnel. Le personnel nous a dit que la nouvelle tarification était de 23$/jour/voiture. Il me semble que légalement, lorsque le prix est inscrit sur le document, vous devriez l’honorer… C’est le seul point qui nous a déplu de notre séjour.
