The hotel is extremely dirty! We checked in and had a room with carpet. The carpet was so nasty and dirty it was discolored! The bed skirt was stained! The couch has stains. The bathtub had like skid marks on it. They then changed our room to a room with no carpet. Very nice of them! But the new room was just as nasty! The couch same stains! The bathtub just as dirty! The tub had what looked like intimate strands. The knob came off when we turned the water on. The base boards were so dirty! It looked like they just tried to paint over the dirt to the point where the whiter paint was not white! And to top everything off there were ants crawling in our clothes! I was extremely disappointed! After all this no discount no nothing was given or offered … all I got was a refund of the days I did not stay. Just a terrible experience and a damper on my trip!

I did not liked. Beds are horrible

The service during check in with the trainee was unpleasant. The whole check in felt strange and almost like I'm disturbing her. But the worse part was when I was shocked about the high parking cost but the miss continued and charged me this. I have been at a lot of hotels, even Ibis but I have never experienced this. I really never felt this flabbergasted after a check in.

The staff were very friendly and location was great. The room itself was nice, lots of space. The shower heads had very poor pressure and the room was not well ventilated. When the a/c was on it was fine, but if we turned it off, there was a humid feel and a smell in the room. Could be due to all the heavy rain recently. Still a good stay overall and really appreciated the airport shuttle,

The lounge / bar area and the breakfast were great and the staff handleing breakfast was fantastic. I can't say the same for the bedroom and bathroom, these are not to the level of a 4 stars hotel. 1st room i was in, the shower thermostat was broken and i almost burned myself. They switch me to another room (close to the elevator so no fun), the AC in that room was not working ok and the room smell was not really nice.
