The room wasn't as polished as expected - broken vanity, dodgey paintwork etc. but overall the stay was good. The staff in the restaurant could do with a bit of education about celiac disease or at least what has gluten and what doesn't when asked.

Hilbert at the Front Desk was extremely knowledgeable, polite, & helpful. The front desk manager was very aware & attentive to her staff. Room was decent tho the fridge could’ve been slightly larger. Daniel the bartender was quite professional & quick. Melanie in the restaurant was the kindest most authentic soul. The darker skinned man with glasses in the restaurant (not Martin) was very kind/understanding. The man that checked us out made me feel at home. Really didn’t like there not being a bellhop & the front doors being extremely heavy. They need to be tended to at least during heavy rain & heavy wind, especially in case of handicapped. There should be a guard at the gate during daytime or at least a better system to drive in & out of lot appropriately. Breakfast service is especially divine , but with cleaner creamer pourers please. Great table set up & amazing chairs. Of everything we thoroughly enjoyed the decor. Thank you for keeping us safe <3
