My stay on the 5th of September was better than my stay on 9th of September. I find the receptionist on the 5th was warmer told me my wifi details and my room had a lovely view. The receptionist on the 9th was direct didnt give me wifi details and my room had the view of a roof.... 4th floor.... i didnt feel confortable in that room and is considering trying Hampton suites going forward.

Location and shuttle were convenient. My room wasn’t that clean and smelled weird. It was o my for one night and I was too tired to go back down to the front desk to raise my concerns.

the room I was given was nice but sadly bed backed onto elevators and the dinging of the bell kept waking me up most of the night - maybe this should be turned off at night or reduced in volume significantly breakfast was a bit disappointing with no egg station (i dont like boiled or scrambled eggs) staff were pleasant and helpful no porter was also disappointing as i travel with a lot of work equipment
