Dear Pierre, Thank you very much for your comments following your recent stay at ibis Tilburg. Feedback from our guest enables us to improve the service and quality of our hotel. That is why we are grateful that you found the time to place you review, and inform us about your experiences. Thanks to our location just five minutes from the highway, we are an ideal base for guests who are passing through. Additionally, we are situated on the edge of a green area of Tilburg, making it perfect for scenic walks or bike rides. Regarding the towels, you are absolutely right — we provide two towels per room as part of our sustainability efforts, but we are always happy to provide additional towels upon request. Our team is available at all times to ensure your comfort, and extra towels can be brought to your room with just a quick call or request at the front desk. As for your comment about the restaurant, thank you for your honest observation. We’re excited to share that we are starting a renovation of our ground floor this year, which includes the restaurant. Additionally, we’ll be expanding with a new building next year to serve our guests even better in the future. Regarding breakfast on Sunday — thank you for pointing this out. Sundays are one of our busiest mornings, and while we do our best to anticipate guest volume, there can occasionally be short moments where items run low. We always aim to refill everything as quickly as possible. That said, we will certainly review what could have been handled better and use your feedback to continue improving our service during peak times.
