Very good experience after arriving at the hotel. The first contact was not so friendly because the receptionist questioned a lot about booking (saying that there was no reservation) to send a shuttle to pick me up at the airport.

Nevertheless, we would like to apologize for the situations you detailed in your review regarding your first contact with our receptionist, as well as concerning the kettle cleanliness. We will make sure that such situations do not happen in the future. We are deeply sorry that the fire alarm rang during your stay, and that no explanations were given to you. Please, be ensured that our team is always at your disposal for any question over the phone or from the front desk. In that sense, we would like to inform you that the fire alarm was due to a guest smoking in his room. In addition, we kindly inform you that slippers and bathrobes are available in all our Superior and Deluxe rooms. Those kits for Classic rooms are also available for only five euros. Please, feel free to opt for those upper categories for your next venue; we would be thrilled to assist you with booking and select a brighter room to meet your expectations. The stay was very good. I got au upgraded room silent and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent. And during my stay I had the opportunity to practice at the fitness which is well equipped. Next time, I am going to enjoy also the pool. I would highly recommend this Pullman Hotel to my friends, and Colleagues.

Repeat stay. Great staff as always, Gregory, Pascal were so warm and helpful. Significant improvement in breakfast offering, pls consider to restore the fresh fruit juicer. Well done with the pancake and honey offering! Very friendly service staff Alice as well!
