Excellent location fr visiting all the attractions Gdansk has to offer either by public transport or by walking. Situated a stones throw from the old town, the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The staff are all extremely helpful and full of information. It felt as though nothing was too much trouble. Excellent room size, we had a family room. Beds were very comfy, the bathroom is very clean and spacious, with the added bonus of Rituals products. WiFi was excellent. We travelled with an 11 year old son, who was completely occupied and entertained with the table tennis, table football and Xbox all in the lobby area. Such a great base to explore Gdansk. We had a late checkout which was perfect for our late flight. Breakfast had an amazing selection with so much to offer, pastries, breads, warmed selections, salad, cheese, meats, cereal, yoghurt and fruit - I could go on! We also had an evening meal - great selection and under 12's ate for free with the purchase of an adult meal. Very nice food. Would not hesitate to recommend or visit again. Thank you to the team there for a very pleasurable and reasonably priced stay!

Check in was good, friendly polite staff. The room was clean and probably better than we expected from the pictures, only suggestion for the room is a bottle opener for the drinks. Our problem came with other guests allowing their children to run up and down the corridor screaming at all hours, multiple rooms did this which suggests it’s something the hotel allows.
