As a regular Accor user, I booked this hotel because of an early flight. Coming from the Novotel El Borg in downtown Cairo, this hotel was a total disappointment. Checkin without care. Came to the room: dirty, decorative frame fell of the wall. In the bathroom, all amenities had fallen of the wall and leakd on the floor. Went back to reception: hardly any apology. Got upgraded to a suite which I did not need. Carpet and furniture dirty. Fridge not working. Upon checkout again no care nor All Accor recognition. Really sad as the hotel has quite some potential and is well located for the airport. Because of the treatment we chose to not spend money on breakfast in the hotel but go to the Egyptair lounge instead.

Shuttle to Novotol was quick, check in rapid, and escorted to a great room with excellent sound protection. Great to have a nice glass of wine after a day's travelling and a range of food options at 10pm. Great sleep and shuttle back to airport. Wondering whether to stay here next time I come to Cairo - much nicer and quieter than the city hotels.

As a member of ALL this hotel was the best choice for me. It has a shuttle bus to and from the airport, the staff are very welcoming and the food good. My only disappointment was that despite the receptionist giving us a choice of room location and us asking for one close to the main areas he gave us one as far away as possible. For two older ladies it was a long way to walk. The superior room was small but well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. All in all it was a good place to stay and close to the airport for our very early check in the next day.

It seems like the hotel has seen better days, although the bathroom was renovated, the rest of the room was quite old. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes, even in the non-smoking areas. Included breakfast was subpar with stale bread and yesterday's fruits. In the restaurant menus, meat and fish meals were misleadingly marked as vegan. The staff was really nice and the shuttle bus was on time. The stay was not worth the high price.
