Staff friendly and welcoming. Food of good quality. Rooms well maintained but the shower did not function well and the bath gel dispenser was not working. It took two calls to get an iron and ironing board. Small things that dropped the score from 10.

Every year I travel about 4 months in Egypt, the first and last thing I do is to book several days in the Novotel Cairo Airport. The best relax that you can aspire in Egypt is found here The professionals that work here are really dedicated to give you the best stay possible. All this is a consequence of having an inspirational leader like their GM Mr. ATTA, who makes this hotel to run as a clock. The excellence of their Italian restaurant is another plus, with their outstanding chefs Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Ahmed, that will allow you to enjoy varied lunches and dinners. For your check-in, the Front desk manager, Mr. Methat, leads a team that will give your room key in minutes, so you can immediately start to enjoy your stay. Finally, for all the lucky All members, Miss. Nour Fouad, will guarantee you a VIP treatment that you'll never forget.

I stayed here one night between flights. Great room in excellent condition ... just a tv remote missing. Great restaurant offering buffets. Very helpful and friendly young waiter who remembered me at breakfast the next day. Can't complain about anything!

It was a good experience ♥️ There are some entertainments by the pool for children ... Staff is very friendly and welcoming specially in Hk(Ms. Shaymaa, her amazing work and smile☺️) in F&B (the manager for sure asking about everything by himself and the young man Ahmed and ms. Shrouk one of the best chefs) ms. Nancy also.. in the front desk was a cute and helpful lady Shams ☺️ Ms. Mariam at the end checked that everything was good with us Thanks all for these 2 nights 🙏🏻
