both sea view rooms were above a large roof in front, elevator was down, sauna not working . no gesture from management

Family room: once you put the 2 beds, and open 1 suitcase, there is really NO space at all in the room. Bedding on main bed was horrible (mattress). Breakfast not well organized, it is a mess, aways missing something. I understand it was full, but ... Staff was very nice, check in, restaurant, etc...
