Hotel Novotel Nice Aéroport Cap 3000 4 estrelas

Water Dripping in bathroom distributing sleep all night!! Kids refuse to use leaky bathrooms ! Hotel says it is water from air conditioning unit. Restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Avg experience for a 4 star hotel!

Stayed here for a short business week. Enjoyed the convenient location to bike to Nice and Promenade des Anglais and all the great restaurants in old Nice. The room was fine but the hotel in general needs a bit of attention.

We are still awaiting for corrections to our invoice, which included breakfasts, which we did not take. Very inefficient check out. Hotel is old, corridors and rooms smelly. Only towels and guest supplies for one person. Thai Food in Restaurant was not good. Only reason for staying here is shopping at Cap 3000.

We stayed here for stopovers three times over a period of two weeks. Staff professional and pleasant. Parking secure. Easy drive to airport, across the street from a shopping mall, and short walk to the beach. Breakfast is good, though the egg-station is a bit strange. You fry your own. Complicated, and we never saw anyone try it. Better would have been a facility to boil eggs (like the hotel had in previous years). Coffee good.Rooms are a good size, but need updating. Toilet separate from the bathroom. In all three rooms we had, each toilet had a distinct smell of urine. This may be because of a lack of cleaning, or because of the design of the toilets. Each toilet had a small cleaning brush next to it, sitting in a cup of liquid. The floors are brown with groves to simulate the look of wood--and subsequently collect liquids. The room is very small and poorly ventilated. In one room on the top floor, the toilet flushed poorly. These design features need to be considered in any future renovation. Fortunately, the windows open so that you can air the room. Overall, the hotel is OK.

Rooms were good, the pool was nice and the location was good. Nothing outstanding but staff were helpful. Massively let down by the breakfast - no plates available. Lots of food running out and not being replaced very quickly.

Novotel cap 3000 is situated in the heart of the Côte d'Azur. It's just a few minutes away from nice areoport and the hotel provides a pick up and drop of service if required. On first arrival it may seem as if the hotel is in the middle of an commercial shopping area especially with its grand cap 3000 shopping mall which is currently being extended, but if you turn right outside the hotel a short walk opens up the beautiful resort of st Laurent du var with its pebbley beaches and crystal blue sea. A slow stroll along the promenade leads you to a wide selection of restaurants and bars, some with a sea view and others overlook the marina. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from cagnes sur mer but there is also a very good railway network that runs trains along the Côte d'Azur from Marseille to ventimiglle in Italy and it stops at st tropeze,canned,Juan le pins,antibes,nice and montecarlo as well many other beautiful villiages. It maybe a bit more expensive in the south of France 🇫🇷 but it's well worth a visit 😊

We had no issues, friendly staff, typical proper Novotel room. Very close to the Nice airport. The hotel has a shuttle or a taxi option at their expense if the flight is very early. The only comment is that it would have been nice for the hotel to offer us something to eat in the morning, even though we had an early flight, as the breakfast was included but we could not benefit from it. In other hotels, in North America, we were offered that.

Our family of 5 had 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were a 5 min walk to the restaurants along the waters edge. The breakfast buffet was good, our children enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are outdated, small and smelly. Holes in couch, damaged doors and bathroom. We were so dissapointed that we just left earlier. Unfortunatelly rooms were prepaid and no refund/cancelation was possible. This was waste waste of money and reward points.

We booked for two nights, having been invited to go boating with friends. Hotel reception was efficient and friendly, the room comfortable, with a sofa and desk. The decor is looking a bit jaded with "crépi " walls and there's not much room around the bed on one side to get out and move around. The mattress and duvet were good, but I had asked for soft pillows and these were definitely NOT! Pity. Breakfast buffet excellent, if not very varied, but good value and generous. Room was good value price and we'd stay again.

My stay to this hotel was fabulous. The location is amazing close to public transport and cap3000 shopping centre. Few stop to promenade des Anglais, there is a beach at 5 min walk from the hotel. the service is very good .Amazing staff and well trained. Free shuttle to the Airport and train station is a bonus, Great place for family vacation and for people who like a quiet area , the outdoor play area and garden has a play house with slider, large swimming pool, restaurant and bar on the site and there is also a Macdonald just behind the hotel

We stayed at the Novotel both arriving and leaving Nice. Check in and out was quick and efficient both times. We had breakfast, which was a decent value. The fresh fruit was lacking in quality and quantity. The coffee was good. We stayed in two different rooms. Both were clean and quiet. One, on the second floor, had a worn out carpet and needed to be refurbished. The second, on the third floor, was in much better condition. Parking was secure and lit at night. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Decent small hotel, good for a sleep, but nothing more. Vending machine with coke for 4 euros per can!!! The bathrooms and toilets need cleaning before you use them. The carpets are not that clean. The front desk staff are always excellent!

Perfect location, 3 mins walk to the beach, just opposite a big shopping mall. Nice little garden to relax outside with table tennis , playing ground for kids and a nice pool with sun lounge . We had 2 rooms including a disable room for my mum, her room was very adapted as she has trouble walking . My room was a bit small as I had my 9 years old daughter with me and a babybed for my 11 months baby . The baby bed was not in my room on arrival although I did request it twice , once on email and once on the phone. The housekeeping lady was really helpful on arrival and lovely with my mum during our stay, attentive to all our needs. Special attention from the restaurant staff , a comfortable seat for my mum and the hi chair was ready for us the 2nd night in the restaurant . The only negative point is the food served at the restaurant , not so much choice, my mum ordered an entrecôte , full of nerves she couldn't eat a piece, and a beef tartare the next day she was not impressed with. My salmon and chicken dishes were just ok. The b/fast Buffet was ok, we missed some fresh juices tough.

Very nice hotel, but it needs to be redecorated. Pool and garden was nice. Staff was helpful and very kind. Breakfast was ok, But the rest of the food lunch/dinner was terrible, why bother having a restaurant, when you serve that lousy quality?
