Despite being in the centre of town, it was super quiet! The mattress on our bed was so thin to the point I could feel the slats under me in bed and the temperature control was atrocious! It was absolutely boiling and found myself waking up dripping. The shower pressure was almost like someone was urinating on me rather than a shower. Can honestly say I won’t be staying here again

1) Badly or untrained very young staff 2) Uncomfortable bed 3) Poorly cooked breakfast 4) Little desire to solve issues with noisy room 5) Poor shower due to low water pressure. In short a very disappointed experience

We stayed for Christmas Day / Night. Checked in after a long Christmas Lunch and just wanted a comfortable place to relax. We were a family of four across three room (two adult sons and mum and dad). We didn’t leave our rooms until the morning! There were bar facilities if needed.
