I use the hotel regularly and the room cost is normally £88 - I was charged £161 for the exact same room as always, same day of the week, same time frame.

Usually spot on and whilst staff were still fab, there was a slight smell in reception and my shower was covered in dry hair as was toilet seat and wet patch on floor by bed. This isn't normal but one night was also £189.

Dated and tired rooms. I asked if I could have a fried egg at breakfast as the scrambled egg looked opaque. No. Just a stern no like I'd ask for caviar. I won't ever stay here again.
