Our room at the Pullman was in need of repair and an update. The toilet and sink both leaked. The carpet was old and the outlets by the bed would not allow our charging to stay connected. No refrigerator in the room, only one coffee per person. My wife and I were disappointed to say the least. We would not stay here again.

Comfortable room, bar dining room server- Kimberly was fantastic and very helpful in navigating gluten options for celiac. It's hard to trust eating out and I felt as safe as possible. It was also nice to see a tnr cat colony on the property. Shuttle was nice and learning about cruise ship transfer as well.

We arrived for a "daycation" at 10:15am, our room was not ready until after 12:30pm, after being told it would be 20 minutes initially. The ONLY restaurant on site was closed at 10am and the resort pass description stated it was open until 1pm on Saturdays. The pool was overcrowded with unkempt and less than optimal seating in the pool area. The only reason I gave a 3 is that the lower lobby area did have seating options and was an appealing environment. Nowhere but the bathroom to change clothing, did not note any showers. Was not given information about amenities available upon check-in. Booked through Resort pass

This property felt dirty and run down. The breakfast offering was just about adequate. I cannot believe the coffee and juice doesn’t have a self service offering. The buffet is extremely basic. The staff in general looked overworked and tired.
