We arrived for a "daycation" at 10:15am, our room was not ready until after 12:30pm, after being told it would be 20 minutes initially. The ONLY restaurant on site was closed at 10am and the resort pass description stated it was open until 1pm on Saturdays. The pool was overcrowded with unkempt and less than optimal seating in the pool area. The only reason I gave a 3 is that the lower lobby area did have seating options and was an appealing environment. Nowhere but the bathroom to change clothing, did not note any showers. Was not given information about amenities available upon check-in. Booked through Resort pass

This property felt dirty and run down. The breakfast offering was just about adequate. I cannot believe the coffee and juice doesn’t have a self service offering. The buffet is extremely basic. The staff in general looked overworked and tired.

I arrived at 9pm after travelling 24 hours and was told my room was not available as the hotel was oversold. I was finally given a room at 10.30pm but was an inferior room to the one I booked.

I have pictures and video if you want them. ep… I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, I was very unhappy with the experience. There were two major issues that made my stay uncomfortable: 1. Room Hygiene (Mold) Upon arrival, I noticed visible mold on the wall. This is a significant health and cleanliness concern that should have been addressed before the room was ever assigned to a guest. It immediately made the space feel unhygienic. 2. Housekeeping Negligence To test the attention to detail (and because I didn't want it on the bed), I placed a dirty pillow on the floor by the door on my first day. When I returned the next day after the room had supposedly been "cleaned," the pillow was still lying on the floor in the exact same spot. Not only did housekeeping fail to replace the dirty linen, but they also completely ignored an item that clearly needed attention. Summary Between the mold and the lack of basic housekeeping standards, I do not feel this hotel provides a clean or professional environment. I would not recommend staying here until they take their maintenance and cleaning protocols seriously.
