Located about 10 mins from airport. They have a free shuttle that runs every 30 mins. I ended up here due to a delayed flight. Got to the hotel around 10pm. Very limited food and drink options available, nothing in hotel and needed up at Chipotle 5 min walk) 10 mins before closing. Hotel lobby is modern and fresh, room is very old fashioned and a bit run down. I’m certain there are better hotels to choose from.

Well located with a convenient shuttle. However, we would have appreciated a better attention at cleaning as we found hair that were not ours in the bathroom, both on the ground and in the shower.

Bed/pillows were comfortable. Bought quesadilla from bar. Excellent. Extra sour cream please. Please allow guests coming from cruise port for a day room to occupy room immediately if earlier than 10am, if room is available without a $35 early charge! This would make you a 10/10.

Disappointing in the extreme. Not enough shuttle from airport meaning we waited 1.5 hours as the buses that drove past were full. After 16 hours of travelling is painful. No apology, nothing. Paid for upgrade in suite and had better rooms in Premier Inn for £49. No charge points near bed. No USB charge points in whole bedroom.(only desk). Breakfast, in a very cold (why so much air-conditioning???).room, was bland and tasteless. A very disappointing stay in a very disappointing hotel.

I thought this was going to be a great hotel for an overnight before heading out of the country. The hotel is extremely run down, dated, dirty and really needs a facelift. Upon arrival the check in process was horrible. No hello, no explanation about my stay, how to get to the elevator, where the room was etc. Basically just asked my name told me to ship my card and a semi thank you. Didn't fulfill any of my room request made months before arrival. The check out process was a little better, they helped assist with a bag but overall very disappointed! Especially for an All Accor property, this has not been my experience at other properties that I have stayed at. If you're considering staying at this property I would continue to look for an alternative. The best thing it has going for it is the location the MIA Airport.
