Not so good, I booked this hotel as I thought the Pullman group of hotels were high end. The hotel looks like it needs a refurb. The rooms were not clean, hairs in the bath, skirting boards full of dust, not something you would expect from the Pullman Group. The breakfast was awful. The staff on reception are very nice.

We are disappointed to hear of the concerns you encountered during your time with us. Our aim is to provide exceptional hospitality, starting with spotless rooms where our guests can relax and unwind. Your comments will be shared with our housekeeping team to ensure that each room is fresh and clean for each guest. Despite this, it's wonderful to know that our front desk team showcased warm and welcoming service throughout your stay. Old and Outdated

Bathroom was awful, in general the hotel looks very old and outdated. Restaurant only opens in the mornings, the food is bad. Not a very good hotel. Not good value for money.
