Minmin was serving us well and understood what we wanted Hotel is very good & rooms are very clean Staff is good & there are prompt in service. The food is good & liked the service of Mohit as well.

I stayed at Novotel Varun Hotel, Vijayawada, and the experience was disappointing for a property claiming 5-star standards. Food Safety Issue: A non-vegetarian snack was incorrectly labeled as vegetarian. I almost consumed it before a colleague informed me it was non-veg. This is a serious lapse in food labeling and safety. Poor Service: Restaurant service was very slow and unresponsive. Staff did not meet the expected hospitality standards. Housekeeping Negligence: On the second day, towels were missing in the bathroom, and tea/coffee milk pouches were not replenished. Basic amenities should never be overlooked. Unreasonable Charges: At checkout, I was billed ₹5,900 under the smoking policy, justified as deep cleaning and room unavailability for two days. This charge felt excessive and was not clearly communicated upfront. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the quality and professionalism expected from a 5-star property. I hope management addresses these issues seriously.

The Food and beverage staff at the all day dining restaurant kept insisting that they bill after every meal we had there because they were not sure if we had an authorization for payment. This felt downright cheap and as though we were going to run away without having to pau/ Terrible behavior
