Great experience. The first night we came in late. They gave us a corner room but my wiFe doesn't like it. We were able to change to another room the next day, no Hassel. It was a great stay overall. The rooftop bar has an excellent view of mount Vesuvius.

The arrival leaves you speechless. The property looks impressive but the suite does not match the expectations. Great and spacious room, surely it is. Pretending to name it suite is excessive. Besides, no tissues provided and the minibar contains only four cans of water (still and sparkling). Ok but not ok. Credit card management is also poor, be prepared to get your card blocked with the whole amount due for your stay several days in advance. The staff at reception delivers an impeccable service and the rating provided here is mainly the recognition of their professionalism and the proverbial extra mile they are willing to go.
