I was on my way to a friends holiday and i promised mister José that i would leave a review, really nice service and capucino, the hotel needs some work on the overall looks although it is extremelly satisfying to see such hardworking staff, thank you

Desmond is a top guy, help over the phone, and then emailed me back, also saw him at the hotel. All receptions staff were good too, to be honest.

I left a bag downstairs all night and found out in the morning ! Then reception had kept it for me , what excellent service anyone could have taken it

I was just passing by but decided to take a coffee before my flight, Jose made an amazing coffee and was extremely polite and helpful with instructions to nice restaurant in the area, amazing staff
