The General Terms and Conditions of Membership of the ALL Program (hereinafter the "GTC") apply to this offer.
In the event that a cardholder reserves a hotel (in advance or directly at the hotel) and chooses another rate other than the dedicated NAB Rewards ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury hotel offer, the cardholder will not benefit from any NAB Rewards ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury hotel offer advantages during their stay.
This offer includes a minimum stay of two (2) nights with the following advantages:
- Privileged Welcome (at the discretion of the hotel)
- Upgrade to a higher category room upon arrival, subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3pm, subject to availability
- Free WiFi.
Cardholders will receive a hotel credit of 50 EUR or 50 USD (or the equivalent in local currency) per stay. This hotel credit is only available for a minimum stay of 2 nights at participating hotels across Accor Luxury and Premium brands: Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, SO/, MGallery, 21C Museum Hotels, Swissôtel, Pullman and Mövenpick.
The hotel credit may be used to pay meals and beverages or other hotel services (excluding paying for the hotel room). Thus, has to be confirmed by the hotel upon check-in. This credit cannot be refundable or used for another reservation. It must be used during the stay.
The value of the hotel credit is 50 EUR in countries within the Euro zone. For countries outside the Euro zone, the value of the hotel credit is equivalent to 50 USD or in the local currency of the country. The exchange rate applied will be the one in force at the time of check-in at the hotel reception.
In addition, cardholders will have two (2) complimentary breakfast (for adults) during their stay at select participating hotel across the Luxury brands: Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel Legend, Sofitel and SO/.
In case of several room reservations, only the occupants sharing the room with the cardholder having used the same credit card for the reservation, will benefit from the advantages listed above. In that case, the complimentary breakfast is limited to two (2) persons. For the other guests, the services ordered will be invoiced according to the hotel's conditions of sale.
Room category depends on the availabilities in the hotel. Cancellation policy and child policy apply and the terms and conditions depend on each hotel policy.
For some destinations, the indicated price does not include local taxes, extras or gratuities (which must be paid directly to the hotel). Please note that they may vary according to the periods and hotel’s general terms and conditions.
Reward points may be awarded according to the GTC. The Suite Night Upgrade certificate or Reward points already accumulated by the cardholder may be used to settle all or part of the invoice. In this case, the portion of the invoice paid with the Suite Night Upgrade certificate or Reward points is not eligible to earn Reward points as outlined in the GTC.
The NAB Rewards ALL & VISA Premium & Luxury Hotel offer cannot be combined with corporate rates, Accor employee rates, group rates, promotional rates under Accor's paid subscription programs (for example, the Accor Plus or ALL Plus programs) or any other promotional offer.
*Conversion of NAB Rewards Points into ALL Rewards points: NAB Rewards members may convert their NAB Rewards points into ALL Reward Points. To do this, the NAB Rewards member must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. In order to be considered a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme, you need to have a valid ALL – Accor Live Limitless membership card. NAB Rewards Points may only be transferred from a NAB Rewards member account to this member's associated personal and nominative account in ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme. After conversion, the converted ALL Reward points are added to member's ALL Reward points balance and can be redeemed according to ALL – Accor Live Limitless programme rules. 6 NAB Rewards Points = 1 ALL Reward points. The redemption of NAB Rewards Points will be administered solely by NAB Rewards and it can take up to 10 business days to transfer into the ALL membership account. Once NAB Rewards Points have been redeemed for ALL Reward points, they are governed by the GTC and cannot be reversed. Transferred ALL Reward points do not qualify for higher ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status calculation or maintaining existing ALL – Accor Live Limitless account status.
