TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. APPLICABLE FRAMEWORK AND OFFER IDENTIFICATION

The present Terms & Conditions apply to the following commercial offers, as identified at the time of booking in the rate conditions displayed on ALL.com or the ALL Accor App:

· “Summer Offer” for participating hotels in Europe & North Africa (Premium, Midscale and Economy brands, including Adagio)

· “Escape Days” for participating hotels in the Americas (Premium, Midscale and Economy brands, including Adagio) and China, as well as for all Ennismore hotels worldwide (21c, 25 Hours, Banyan Tree, Delano, Hoxton, Hyde, JO&JOE, Mama Shelter, Mondrian, SLS, SO/, The Originals)

· “Unlock Luxury Offer” for all Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems hotels worldwide

· “Special Starts Here” for all Fairmont & Raffles hotels worldwide

The general terms and conditions of service of ALL.com and, where applicable, the general terms and conditions of membership of the ALL Accor loyalty programme, apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

The offers described herein are subject to availability. The specific terms and conditions of sale applicable to each participating hotel prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2. PRIVATE PERIOD “SUMMER OFFER” AND “ESCAPE DAYS” OFFER (ENNISMORE) – ALL ACCOR MEMBER ONLY ACCESS

2.1 BOOKING PERIOD

Private Period reservations must be made from 13/05/2026 to 17/05/2026 inclusive

2.2 ELIGIBILITY

The Private Period is strictly reserved for holders of valid ALL Accor membership at the time of booking. Membership status level has no impact on eligibility.

2.3 SCOPE OF PARTICIPATION

2.3.1 Europe & North Africa – Premium, Midscale, Economy & Adagio

The Private Period applies to participating hotels located in the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, United Kingdom.

Participating brands include Adagio Access, Adagio, by Mercure, greet, Handwritten, HotelF1, ibis budget, ibis Styles, ibis Hotels, Mercure, Mövenpick, Mövenpick Living, Novotel, Novotel Living, Novotel Suites, Pullman, Swissotel, Tribe.

2.3.2 Worldwide – Ennismore brands

The Private Period also applies to participating Ennismore hotels worldwide, limited to the following brands: 21c, 25 Hours, Banyan Tree, Delano, Hoxton, Hyde, JO&JOE, Mama Shelter, Mondrian, SLS, SO/, The Originals.

No other brands participate in the Private Period.

2.4 BENEFIT DESCRIPTION

Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:

·       25% discount for participating hotels in Europe & North Africa (excluding Ennismore brands) for a minimum stay of 2 nights

·       20% discount for participating Ennismore brands around the world for a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum stay of 7 nights

Discounts may be combined with the ALL Accor Member Rate.

2.5 STAY PERIOD

For all hotels participating in the Private Period, stays must take place from 03/07/2026 to 07/09/2026 inclusive.

2.6 BOOKING CHANNELS

Reservations must be made exclusively via ALL.com or the ALL Accor App. Reservations made through third party intermediaries (including online travel agencies, tour operators or resellers) are not eligible.

2.7 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking and during your stay, unless otherwise specified.

Reservations booked are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.

3. PUBLIC PERIOD – OPEN ACCESS

During the Public Period, the offers are open to all customers, whether or not they are members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme.

The Public Period applies to participating hotels across multiple brands and regions, as displayed in the rate conditions at the time of booking. Eligible countries, brands and stay periods depend on each participating offer.

3.1 “SUMMER OFFER” – PUBLIC ACCESS

This offer applies in Europe & North Africa (Premium, Midscale & Economy brands) -  See list of participating hotels.

Booking period

Private Period reservations must be made from 18/05/2026 to 01/07/2026 inclusive.

Benefit description

Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:

· 25% discount for participating hotels in Europe & North Africa (excluding Ennismore brands) for a minimum stay of 2 nights

Discounts may be combined with the ALL Accor Member Rate.

Stay period

For all hotels participating stays must take place from 03/07/2026 to 07/09/2026 inclusive.

Cancellation conditions

Reservations booked for the Summer Offer are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.

3.2 GLOBAL “ESCAPE DAYS” OFFER

This offer applies to:

1. Americas – see list of participating hotels. Bookings are accepted from 19/05/2026 to 17/06/2026 inclusive for stays from 03/07/2026 to 07/09/2026.

Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:

· 15% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Reservations booked for Americas are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.

2. Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia, and Taiwan) – see list of participating hotels. Bookings are accepted from 19/05/2026 to 17/06/2026 inclusive for stays from 22/05/2026 to 30/09/2026.

Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:

· 25% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Reservations booked for Great China are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking (except for Hong Kong & Macau where the cancellation policy is non-cancellable & nonrefundable)

3. Ennismore – see list of participating hotels. Bookings are accepted from 18/05/2026 to 17/06/2026   inclusive for stays from 03/07/2026 to 07/09/2026.

Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:

· 20% discount for a minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum stay of 7 nights.

Reservations booked for Ennismore are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.

3.3        GLOBAL “UNLOCK LUXURY” OFFER

This offer applies to Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems hotels worldwide – see list of participating hotels. Bookings are accepted from 18/05/2026 to 17/06/2026 inclusive for stays from 25/05/2026 to 30/09/2026.

Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:

· 25% discount for participating hotels for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Reservations booked for Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems are flexible and free cancellation is available in accordance with the hotel’s conditions and as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.

Summary of the Public Period - “UNLOCK LUXURY” OFFER

3.4 GLOBAL “Special Starts Here” OFFER

This offer applies to Fairmont & Raffles hotels worldwide – see list of participating hotels. Bookings are accepted from 18/05/2026 to 17/06/2026 inclusive for stays from 18/05/2026 to 30/12/2026.

Eligible reservations benefit from a discount applied to the public flexible rate, as follows:

· The applicable discount depends on the length of stay: 10% for a stay of 2 nights, 15% for a stay of 3 to 4 nights, and 20% for a stay of 5 nights or more.

Reservations booked for Fairmont & Raffles require a 1-night deposit to be paid at time of reservations. Free cancellation is not available for this offer, and 1-night penalty will be charge in case or cancellation; as stated in the terms of sale at the time of booking.

3.5 PUBLIC PERIOD - COMMUN APPLICABLE CONDITIONS

Booking channels

Reservations must be made directly via ALL.com, the ALL Accor App, the WeChat programme (for hotels in China), as well as through tour operators and third-party online travel agencies (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).

Reward points and ALL Accor membership

Where applicable, customers must provide a valid ALL Accor membership number at the time of booking in order to be eligible for the allocation of Reward points for the stay.

If a reservation qualifies simultaneously for several offers, only the Reward points associated with the most advantageous offer (i.e. the offer granting the highest number of Reward points) will be credited.

Additional conditions

· Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

· These offers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or benefits (including ALL Accor+). If the stay meets the criteria of several offers, only the Reward Points from the most generous offer (i.e., the one allowing the highest number of Reward Points to be earned) will be credited.

· These offers are subject to availability. The specific general terms and conditions of sale of each hotel apply. The offer validity dates are subject to change without prior notice. Accor and the participating hotels shall not be held liable in the event of unforeseeable external circumstances preventing the execution of the offer. No compensation or allocation of Reward Points may be claimed in such circumstances.
