- Conditions of sale
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid on the date of reservation and during your stay. Unless otherwise noted.
- No cancellation charge applies prior to 23:59, up to 1 day prior to arrival (local time). Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
- Interruption of stay
- In the event of interruption of stay for a stay of several nights, the same conditions will apply: any night canceled before 11:59pm the day before will be refunded: for example in the event of reservation of a stay of 3 nights and cancellation at 12 noon the day after the 1st night, only the last night will be refunded.
- Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in and check-out times vary from one hotel to another and will be stipulated in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.
- Child policy
- The child policy varies from one hotel to another. Details will be provided in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.
- Members' rate conditions
- Anyone wishing to take advantage of the Members’ rate must be, or become, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member. Members must show their card at check-in (or their membership number if they are yet to receive their card). No more than 2 rooms may be booked at the Members' rate per member and per stay
