Gartner at London Excel Bookings, any amendments and cancellations to confirmed reservations to be made via and directly with the hotel res team at: H3656-RE@Accor.com / +44 (0)20 754 09700. Upon making reservations credit card details will be provided by the individual guests to pay/guarantee at the contracted rates, the full stay amount at time of booking. The hotel to confirm the validity of the credit card. Novotel London ExCeL will not accept any booking request where valid credit card detail will be missing / invalid.
